There is no lack of compassion and warmth for dogs at Pet Pal. There is, however, a serious lack of grooming skills and willingness to take responsibility for grooming disasters. Our dear pet went to Pet Pals as a sheepdog; she left a freakish caricature of a poodle! Her massive broad paws were shaped into dainty points making her look as if she were on high heels. Her face was completely shaved. Her thick bushy ears became thin and stringy. The only benefit was that her expressive eyes were visible, yet we worried that this breed of dog is not accustomed to
