We moved to Neosho, Missouri one year ago. I saw an ad on tv for Four States Dental Office. The price for a checkup/cleaning was great and that is where I went wrong. Dr. Kunkel never offered to meet me as he worked on my two boys ages 13 and 15. After having a history of excellent teeth, he told me they had 16 cavities together. As I was in shock, the hygienists and receptionist told me I owed $4000.00 and set up a schedule for the next several appointments.
