The most horrible service I have ever received!!! The representatives including the manager were rude, unprofessional and totally disregarded my rights as a customer. They ignored direct instructions from their headquarters to give me a full refund minus the mileage due to their own faulty truck Then they had the audacity to call the sheriff on me when they were in the wrong. The police officers were nice and the corporate headquarters ended up refunding me, to make a long story short I highly advise everyone to stay away from this location and their h
