I was at a sick friend's house and the delivery girl brought the flowers in and slammed flowers on the table and spilled the water on the floor. She was rude and very snippy. I was embarrassed for her and my friend. My friend was very upset. How could someone ruin such a beautiful gift for someone? I phoned the shop and explained the situation and Cindy hung up the phone. No apology or nothing. In my opinion this was very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
