Horrible. Owner sounds knowledgeable, but doesn't supervise the work. Ours was never completed, then he charged us a huge amount over what he'd quoted. After we paid, windows leaked. You could see sunlight around the frames. He blamed us. Awful experience. He never made it right or returned our calls.
