Why is Craven Regional the only major Eastern NC Hospital not signed up to be a CIGNA provider. I have tried to no avail to find the answer to this. Who in the system makes this decision? Why has C.R. Our Tax money built this Hospital and as a forced regional patient who has no option but to be a CIGNA Policy holder. I am retired and CIGNA is my only option. I really have no option but to use Craven Regional. Now what is the problem that Craven Regional has with CIGNA that all the other Hospitals seem to not have??? Haveing to get approvals to use C.R. as a non appro
