Review

This company had great service for helping to furnish my home with good quality materials. However, once it was laid and the problem was detected, they simply ignore all calls and complaints. The installer, we thought, did a fine job in ample time. But when we complained that our wood floor is not smooth, actually looks like it is warped, the company and the installer refused to come and see for themselves that it was a sloppy job . We will definitely discourage our friends/family from doing business with them.
