This yoga instructor is a One Of A Kind Find!!!! She is great at explaining what she is looking for you to experience in each move or pose you work on. It is a very open approach class that allows you to ask questions as you learn. This instructor never makes anyone feel uncomfortable with her gentle hands on approach when appropriate. I have never once felt that I was not doing a good job or that I had to compete with anyone else in the class to do better. This is a wonderful class that no matter what your age you will walk away gaining something from this instructor. I at
