I called to make an evening appointment about 2 weeks in advance. A week before my appointment, I emailed Winnie Couture to show them the kinds of dresses I was interested in trying on for my appointment and they emailed me back fairly quickly .... at that point they appointed a sales lady to me (very energetic and sweet) and she wrote back with some images of dresses they have in their store that she would pull aside.
