Bad after-sales service, basicly, I do not exsist any longer. Bob Bale is a good salesman, but I do not recomend that anyone purchase anything from him. I trusted him to fix one small problem, and he will not do anything to remedy the problem, not even call me back. Do not go there, unless you want problems and less money.
