I just moved to town 2 weeks ago. The afternoon before a flight this week, I called Up All Nite Taxi to schedule a ride to the airport. The man on the phone took my address and call-back number and told me a car would be at my home at 4:15am so I could be at my destination at 5:00am. At 4:30 I was still waiting on the driver. I called to get a status but instead I got voicemail. I called several additional taxi companies, but with no success. I had to resort to waking my new neighbor at 4:40am for a ride.
