AS a visitor to the massena,ny mall. The other day my family went to this mall, which is really gone down hill over the years. The stores are leaving as fast as the went there. the walkers are over taking this mall. however my biggest DISAPPROVAL was with this Carol Barclay Photo display with santa at the mall...The gurl who attended to us was VERY RUDE AND NON PROFESSIONAL, MY DAUGHTER WAS HERE FROM UTICA, THE GURL STATED THAT THEY WERE ONLY THERE TO TRY TO MAKE MONEY!!!!!! PLEASE THERE WAS NOBODY THERE WHEN WE ARRIVED AND WALKED THE
