Absolutely the slowest and most inefficient business I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend ANYBODY to use this loan office. Only good at handing out excuses not solving problems and finalizing your loan. All you get is the run around and each person just wants to push the blame on the next person. They don't keep in touch with you well enough to let you know the progress of your loan, don't call you back promptly (sometimes not at all). I was very dissatisfied with their service.
