the 'stylists' don't like you to tell them how you want your hair cut. they have no qualm about niping your ear or your neck with scissors if they aren't happy with you. It happened to my son, it happened to me. We learned our lesson. Not going back there. They advertised for $5 but the stylist tells you to pay $8, and in cash..something fishy there.
