I had an appointment to get my hair braided at Baali Hair Braiding Salon at 3151 Breton with Marie. When I arrived for my appointment, Marie passed me off to some other person to braid my hair. I had to wait over 45 minutes for that person to show up. When the person arrived I told Marie that I only wanted her to do my hair because I knew the type of work that she did and I liked her work, I did not know that other person's braiding style and did not want her doing my hair.
