When it comes down to it, when there is any issue, like you take your car in for service and all of the CD's are missing and the Nav disk isn't there, they will not take any responsibility. Or when they service your car under warranty and break the plastic on the center break light, they say it came in like that. I don't know what is going on over there, but their service sucks and let's face it; Land Rovers are cool, but they suck too.
