I took my vehicle in to have a whining sound checked. I was told my transmission needed replacing, but afterward I heard the same sound and now experienced gear shifting issues. I later found out that I never even needed the transmission replacement. Also, the transmission they put on was faulty and they refused to honor the warranty and replace it. Next, without asking me, they replaced the entire rear-end assembly. The differential they put on does not fit and is not the correct gear ratio. My speedometer is now inaccurate because of this.
