Just a heads up do not even bother looking in to property if they have anything to do with premiercommunitymgrs.com. They took less than 2 years to turn the Placid Lakes Town Homes in to a demilitarized zone where Marie, the Hitler property manager, reigns high over the property letting the 10 years original home owners pay the final price so she can line her pocket better. Since they have taken over we have had broad day light home invasions. Property theft from peoples back porches. Cars are being key'd and broken in to. No one enforces the dog on a leash rule let
