I set up an appointment thru Samsung to have my washer repaired. I sub contracted this repair out to "Home Service of Chicago", They called two times the next day (in the middle of the day when we were at work), and then 9:00 am the day after, and before i could answer the phone the call was disconnedted. I got a voice message saying since i didn't answer after three calls, my order was canceled. I called them back within a minute and got somebody named Julio, and he said sorry, there's nothing he can do. I asked for his supervisor and he said he w
