They're real friendly when they find out you have Medicare and need something like a Power Chair. They couldn't do enough for us and happily took time to get to know us. My husband called them whenever he needed something and Medicare paid them well. Well, I called them up today and told them I needed info on my husband's acct. The man said he was busy and never did call me back. I called and a lady answered 3 1/2 hours later and I said that some man had said he'd call me over three hours ago and he must have been really busy and I laughed. Silence. No apology. I
