Having lived here almost two years I found myself with a very minor problem. I attempted to resolve the problem amicably but staff passed the problem off to other staff. There are security guards on the grounds because of the break ins and other crime, and they had my car towed because the tag expired. When I told them I did not know my car would be towed, the security staff said that I was lying and refused to talk further. I am now out $100 dollars because of an expired tag.
