This bank sucks. If you like having your account messed up all the time then this is the bank for you. I requested to have my loan payment stopped being deducted from my account and I wanted to start paying my loan with a coupon payment book. They said the book will get to me within 10 days. Well I never got it so I went to the bank and they said it would be sent out from the Virginia Branch. I waited 2 weeks and nothing. So I finally called the Virginia branch and they had no record of the request. Well I finally go a payment book. Not only 1 but 2. I paid my loan,
