Javier Sifuentes is the worst business owner I have ever dealt with. I dropped off my car to be worked on and paid him consistently until I saw that progress on my car was minimal. The car was worked on to the point of being primed and waiting for paint, no further progress was made on it for a whole month and was left to sit out side exposed to rain and dirt.
