Pretty nice place, been here for a few months. Nice layout and landscaping, everything looks new (because it is). Few MAJOR problems - the doors SLAM HARD. This could have been prevented and can be fixed now by simply adjusting the door hinges that currently SLAM every apartment door shut. It cannot be left up to neighbors to use their discretion when closing doors, as many are oblivious or simply don't care. As is typical in any apartment, people are on different schedules, and come and go all day/night. It's frustrating when your whole room SHAKES because a neighbor's do
