This organization is fraudulent. They make their employees sign a contract that says they will not pay overtime. Employees work fulltime positions (plus some) but PEAK does not provide benefits which in turn overworks the staff and hurts the clients. PEAK is also very unorganized and has poor communication between upper management. The turnover rate is ridiculous. They also only give $100 in gas per month to their CLS staff yet they send them and their client out in the community for 8hours 5days a week.
