We are a privately owned family company on Cape Cod with 70 Acres of prime industrial real estate bordered between 4 towns – Brewster, Chatham, Orleans, and Harwich. Our unique location allows us an opportunity to service the entire Cape Cod with any sand, gravel, loam, and mulch needs, as well as the ability to accept material from around the Cape for recycling. Our close proximity to Rt.6 – the main highway on Cape and railroad access enables us quick access off Cape as well. We are setting up a supplier side contact for our recycling wood products. We have been operating a grinding and screening machine for clean wood products and successfully marketing them as “Cape Cod Natural Mulch” – no dyes or additives. On this property we have an almost inexhaustable suppply of material and continue to recieve material daily. We also market 6 different types of mulch, bluestone from 3/8" to 1-1/2", native stone, boulders and fieldstone, as well as our own blended and tested compost. We are regularly Selling: sand, loam, stone, mulch, wood chips, wood shavings, recycled asphalt, recycled concrete, t-base.
