My wife ordered a birthday cake for my son s first birthday, she paid $135 and DID NOT get what she ordered. When asked why the cake did not look like the photo that was sent, the manager kept making excuses and kept repeating well it s edible . That s not the point! She didn't even offer any kind of refund or compensation for the blunder. Also, their customer service was sub-par, they were rude and very unprofessional. My wife was shaking she was so mad. I would not recommend this baker to anyone! I wish I could give a lower rating than one star. Pathetic%2
