Just to start off, Tom is a great guy....the other review is obviously one of the competitors in town because he has had that issue before...i wont name any names but just so you, as the reader know. Now - i get parts from him all the time and if i buy something that is defective he just swaps it out just like he said he would... refunds arent given on anything electrical...even wal-mart. Also, Salvage yards do the same thing... only replacements on electrical components because some people out there 'hose' or burn out something they replace themselves or just use
