Are you on looking for a fitness center in Aurora, Colorado that can provide you total body workout? We can get you started on the path to fitness at A-1 Boxing & Fitness. We offer kick boxing fitness classes and other cardio workouts. Our kick boxing classes are held at a full-size professional boxing ring and we make use of heavy Maui Tai bags. We also offer fusion kick boxing classes and full resistance and free weight training. Our services are provided by professional training instructors and certified personal trainers. Certified fitness consultants provide one-on-one training and we use state-of-the-art training techniques to help you achieve your fitness needs. To get your children on the healthy track, we now offer kids boxing and fitness classes every Tuesdays and Thursdays. The classes are sponsored by the Aurora Police Department and the Glenn Goodson Sport Community Foundation.
