Charged for services not performed (nail cutting), let people who are not properly trained cut hair (bad job). They don't care about the animals, let animals scream in pins until they are in a nervous state without calling the owner. My dog was traumatized when I took her from the place after an hour and a half. The last place on earth I would take my dog for a grooming. Haven't had this problem at other grooming shops.
