Dr. Simmons has helped stress level to come down and I have lost 17 pounds. I have three children that he adjust also. When I had my last child 2 months ago, I brought my baby to him to adjust before I even went home. I was getting adjusted through my whole pregnacy. I know this made a difference in my labor from my first 2 children.
