This is now a MONTH after I ordered the furniture in the first place. I am not a happy customer. I tell the clerk that I'd like to cancel my order and have a refund. She then informs me that their policy is that a 20% restocking fee is to be charged to me. A WHAT?! They don't even have the furniture in their store and they want to charge me for restocking? That's ludicrous. She asks me repeatedly if I even read the bottom of my invoice informing me of this.
