I have called and requested a payment history, was told that they dont do that,( have never recieved a statement in the 2 years I have owned my vehicle) requested to speak with a manager, and was told he wasnt in. I then asked her when he would return, and her response was that it wasnt her job to know his schedule. He comes and goes as he pleases. I then asked her for the name and number of his boss, and was told that she was not allowed to give out that information. If I cant speak with someone higher than a receptionist, there is a problem.
