This company has the WORST client care i have EVER experienced. The staff tells you one thing and the owner tells you another. When I signed up i did so knowing that if by some chance my family income was reduced I could freeze my account for up to 6 months and not have to pay the monthly charges. When I lost my job I went in to freeze my account, the assistant manager said it would take effect immediately. 2 weeks later I was charged my monthly amount to my debit card.
