Insurance Coverage COMPLAINT Service just fine, Facility very clean, quality of care very good BUT Insurance claims need to be submitted accordingly, client/patients payment exceed insurance fee scale. Had procedure done 2009 in office & then informed recently that it was not dental procedure. I don't understand the referring doctor said it had to be done by the dentist since it was part of the mouth. The dental visit was supposed to be submitted to the DENTAL insurance & the other procedure to secondary insurance & they did not. Our insurance has changed &
