We had the worst experience at this jeweler in Ho-Ho-Hus, NJ. He charged us about $1,800 to appraise two dozen pieces of jewelery after telling my husband it would cost under $100! We bought a wedding band and a necklace from him and he totally miscommunicated and misled us. Then, he would not make it right. The worst experience EVER! Steer clear of this retailer. We are so upset and he does not care at all.
