This facility is negligent at best. I have never received such poor healthcare in my life. They have sent my anti-convulsant prescription to the wrong pharmacy for 4 months in a row. This month when I asked for a refill on my prescription I was told to get it from the neurologist. My neuro is out on medical leave and the only one in her office. I went back to Healthfirst and waited an hour for Sundaye West to scream and shout at me about how I was a junkie and that I sholdl just find another neuro. She said she would send thru a script for 10 pills and then never did. For t
