I've been to this salon in the past and enjoyed the service. In previous years when you walked in the door and wrote your name down someone welcomed you,asked you what service you wanted, directed you to pick out your polish, and asked you to take a seat. This year 2012 is not the same. So far I've had two bad experiences in a row. In April I visited for a pedicure. I went in and signed my name. I waited 15 min or so before being directed to the back pedicure area. I took my chair, and after 5 minutes someone came along and filled the water up on t
