I had negelcted to order birthday flowers days ago and called this shop because it really IS in Rancho Santa Fe and not one of those online fake sites that just take orders and sends them away to some florist they don't even know. They could not have been more helpful on the phone and when I arrived (late again!) to pick it up it was beyond what I could have hoped for being such last minute. They even waited (I think her name was Penelope) and stayed open a bit late so I could pick them up! I am writing this review weeks after the fact but can tell you tha
