Are all furniture stores this difficult? They promise a range (4-6 weeks) then put down only the far end of the range (6 weeks), then tell you it's late. It took 7 calls to find out when it may be delivered, including 2 promised callbacks from the manager that weren't returned. Then I was told (on multiple occasions) that the factory didn't deliver, and that they couldn't guarantee delivery (this after it's already late). Things I wish I knew when they took my deposit!Terrible, terrible service. Find another store.
