They don't show up on days they are scheduled. Months can slip by without them returning a call. Promises promises and no work gets done. Windows leak and wood construction is hasty and shoddy. Avoid!!! Update: it's been a year now and the job is not done!! They keep promising to finish then don't show up. The office always acts surprised like they don't do this to everyone.
