When I was looking for an apartment to live in after I finished up with the short sale of my home I thought I had found the perfect place to live. During the application and move in process they were warm and very hospitable. I lived here for 8 months and upon move out they inspected my apartment to assess the place and any damage that they would charge me for. I completely expect a few charges for normal wear and tear and even having a dog in the apartment. They claim to have put new carpet in the unit before I moved in.
