This place is horrible unless you like your elderly loved ones neglected and abused. My grandparents have been in this place for 2 months . During this time, my grandmother who is recovering from a bad stroke, was yelled out, yanked around like a rag doll and left in a wheel chair for more than 5 hours at a time. When our family complained to the "social worker" Jennifer, all she did was have a bad attitude and get upset at my family for inconveniencing her.
