I had a sony 40" tv that had the picture go out and I read online that the panel was bad and probably not worth fixing. I struggled coughing up money to fix it since the prices for new ones have dropped but figured it was worth the $60 diag fee to find out for sure and I am glad I did. They told me that the inverter was bad and replaced it for way less than a new TV would have cost me. I would recommend their service to anyone.
