Terrible sales and customer service practices. They have made false promises but do not deliver after the sale is over. I purchases a Nissan Murano from them. They got me in the door by quoting an ultra low price. When I got there, they said it was a mistake and gave me a higher price, but said they'd make it up w/ other things (free cargo nets, 2 free oil changes anywhere, etc). After the salesperson (Sam Anderson) said he sent the next day, it ended up taking 2 months and multiple calls and emails to the manager to get them. Now that I've hit 4k
