BEWARE FIRST TIME RV BUYERS!!!! Columbus Camper Center had very good prices, however, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the promised orientation lasted five minutes. Due to the lack of training, which we asked for several times, we had a serious problem with a tire--- they failed to tell us to check the lug nuts often on a new trailer. We lost five hours and $500 to repair damaged lugs and tire rim. When contacted, the owner told us we should have read the owners manual. We paid for 30 lb butane bottles and they switched them for
