First of all, Legacy is not a "French art gallery" as the heading implies. It offers arts classes to all ages and all levels of experience. Classes are small and often friendships develop while artwork is being created. Great place if you're new to town or transitioning to an empty nest, retirement. Great for kids who excel at art not sports.
