By far the worst business I have ever dealt with. I had 2 moves scheduled 1 at 10am and the other at 2pm same day. At noon they hadn't called, and made it seem as though it was my fault they weren't there. Completely unapologetic, when they finally did answer their phone, they said they "probably wouldn't make the move window". I live in a highrise, where you must sked the elevator a month in advance. They suggested I rebook. Worst company ever.
