By far the worst business I have ever dealt with. I had 2 moves scheduled 1 at 10am and the other at 2pm same day. At noon they hadn%27t called%2C and made it seem as though it was my fault they weren%27t there. Completely unapologetic%2C when they finally did answer their phone%2C they said they %22probably wouldn%27t make the move window%22. I live in a highrise%2C where you must sked the elevator a month in advance. They suggested I rebook. Worst company ever.
