sad thing is the dr seems very nice but as no clue as to how horrible his staff is to patients. they messed upon a referral, asked i make chiro appt 1 week out. rescheduled existing appt and waited 1 full week to have my huband call while halfway intohis appointment in his tee shirt to sit in lobby while they recieve the referral from dr days (that had 1 week to complete referral) had me on hold 10 mins and i calledon my cell phone while on home line and it apparantly angered them. they come online and say, "hello, hello" and placedme on hold. thinking they r
