Kingsbury has great bicycles and people working for them. I went in and bought a very nice Giant OCR 3 road bike. At the same time, I brought in my wife's bike in for a major repair. The person who helped us out told us it would be a couple weeks to have the repair done as they were so busy. As we were leaving he told us he may be able to have the bike fixed in a week but definitely not any sooner. We thanked him and left. The very next day he called to tell us that the bike was repaired...WOW! My 7 year old daughter was so excited that she made them a thank you card
